Wonder how much it cost to get Joe Buck to narrate this

I'm probably naive but I think Joe would do it for free as part of his ongoing commitment to St. Louis. Likely took him less than an hour.

Chapel?  Isn't there a big one across the street?

Lori O'Loughlin must've demanded it.

This should help recruiting.

Dinner with Fernando Tatis at Outback Steakhouse in Ronnie's Plaza.

The build up may or may not have been commensurate with the reveal but it's over and done with and there is no denying this is an important and necessary development that keeps us more than relevant. Hype train is just leaving the station, picking up speed, gaining momentum. Final destination: Big East.

This is just begging for an inappropriate answer. Not gonna do it. I bet he costs $5,000 to 10,000 for this type of work. It is small distribution, so that has to limit costs.

SLU shooting it's shot.   This is positioning for BE and that's positive.   Need Pestello to work the BE University presidents.   Need May to convince the ADs and conference commissioner that it's a net financial gain.

A move to the BE puts SLU in a better position to go toe to toe with the big state schools in the region for recruits.   We have a selling point now,  if you like urban, east coast travel... but that is amplified with bigger opponents and TV exposure in the BE.  Plus BE financial outlays are bigger and can be spent on more sports investment.   More exposure in bigger city also equals more NIL opportunities.

Damn. We obviously have had Uncle Jesse in the fold for a long time now, but great to hear he's brought Aunt Becky on board too. I hope Stephanie can make a game or two this year, maybe stand in with the cheer squad.

-thanks to the big league donors, especially the O'Laughlin family for this, CFord and CKatie seem to think it's a big deal so I'll trust their view

-pleasant news to me that we have an Athletic Committee on the BoD's

-Chris May took directions well from DrP when ordered to 'stand up, Chris'

-yes on CFord saying some administrations in the A10 don't care about athletics, shot fired, good for him

-it looked like the Bronze Billiken that was presented wasn't the current version of The Billiken

-break ground spring 2022 and open the doors in 2023, that seems fairly aggressive

-where did this Roll Bills slogan come from?

Pretty sure Aunt Becky's daughters are on the women's field hockey team.
