cheeseman Posted November 21, 2017 Share Posted November 21, 2017 A thought that has crossed my mind is that since SLU is a private school, the FOIA does not apply as it would if we were a public institution. My point is that the school may not have to release any information regarding the investigation. The players could just start playing since technically we do not know who they are and school never identified any of them. No booze, if you had a female guest it was only between the hours of 6-11p. Also the door had be left open.
