Holy cow!  Clohisy promoted to High A Rome so he can play in the South Atlantic League Playoffs in a week.   That is a pretty amazing accomplishment for a recent draft pick.  Watching him at the plate last night, he was totally dialed in got a base hit and hit two lasers right at outfielders.

I would have thought that he would have gotten a guaranteed contract with someone after his relatively strong play last year.

-wasn't there a post on here of JGood working with Pee Wee? regardless, if the shot isn't improving it might not be the right combination and (past) time to find a new shooting guru

I sorta saw this coming when he was waived last season and no one picked up his minimum salary deal. Sure hoping he can play his way into another contract.

4 goals in seven games total for Simon Becher at St Louis City SC. If he did that for a full MLS season, he would have 18 goals, which would put him among the leaders (17 goals with 28 or so games played currently leads the league.)

-I'm not sure on the court naming but something of high significance to honor Coach Grawer should be done and soon so he can see it and know he is greatly appreciated - don't wait until he is no longer able to understand whatever honor it is - it has already been too long
