I didn't start one this season because we have a one-man class going into the spring and because Strickland plays for a prep team that doesn't post stats and doesn't have them available in a local paper or anything. Based on recent social media posts I've seen, Strickland went for 24 and 8 in a win last week and posted a 40-piece the other night. I've heard the staff say a few times lately (including before these games) that he's had a great season and this indeed appears to be the case. Thanks. We are so focused on the existing folks we'll have next season assuming no other I or S s tend to overlook his possible contributions. weird so hard to track him in this era. Slu let the dogs out?
Anyone have any info on this? I'm guessing this isn't a 2020 recruit and will move to applicable thread if not:

Billikens have a recruit on campus today. He’s at practice. Will get more on who soon.
— Carter Chapley (@ChapleyMedia) February 4, 2020

ACE
Well, I have asked for stretch big for the 2020 class and that seems to be what Travis also has in mind, so I like it! Good looking stroke.
WVBilliken
See on a site that says he is a professional. Cody Ellis had a long clearing process with the NCAA for that same reason. Anyone know more?
cheeseman
Does anybody know what Division B level means? Was Cody a pro or was it just his classes that had trouble clearing the NCAA?

Old guy
A Swede? If he is as good as Axel Gustafsson (also Nordic but from Iceland) let's get him. Just the fact that he is here in at the Chaifetz doing practice is a very good sign. He had to travel all the way out here to practice with us, this is a sign of more than passing interest. I am sure he is visiting other schools during his time in the USA. We are not his only stop nor did he just come for us alone.

Littlebill
Translated: Another of Sweden's outstanding players in the #FIBAU18Europe Div B was André Jonsson Lorentsson (PF 6'8 '' 01). A 4 with threat in T3 and ability to run the field, is not comfortable playing on a boat but after all his role was specialist. IMHO, if he can't play on a boat, do we even want him? I probably spent way too much time looking it up, but apparently "bote" ("boat") in Spanish basketball terminology means "dribble." https://tureng.com/en/spanish-english/bote See #88.
