Good to see Goodwin going 50% from 3 land. Fingers crossed that's a breakthrough for him. W/O seeing the game I don't know why our inside scoring seems so weak, but will guess OSU played a packed in zone. Time enough has passed. You are not going on the road and getting out rebounded, shoot a little over 50% from the FT line and have 15 TOs and expect to win. While I understand why people want to blame the not having the Situation 2 players for all this but honestly, poor FT shooting is not because of this, a player going 0-7 from the 3 pt line is not because of this, and excessive TOs are not because of this. Protecting the ball is a basic principal of basketball. This team just has not decided that they want to win - when they do they play the way we expected - see Murray State and SIUC. Having more players gives Coach the option of playing other players, some who might be better at FT's, rebounding, taking care of the ball. Get a couple of more rebounds or turn the ball over 12 times they win. This team has not figured out how to win and that is on each and everyone of them not because the 2 players are out.
