She accused the 7 foot unicycle of being tall and intimidating and is charging the unicycle with sexual assault because of it's position between the Panda's legs. Kratky says Panda consensually agreed to the unicycle between her legs, but what got the unicycle in trouble was that there are pictures and videos of the encounters, many which were shared via social media. Actually Panda realized the unicycle was between her legs but didn't know it was there. Even though Red Panda planned the entire routine in advance and the unicycle thought it did nothing wrong, its days of unicycling are numbered. After being taken into custody, the dress has refused to provide any testimony with respect to the non consensual public performance. Police in St. Louis, as well as twenty other universitity and college towns, have refused to recommend filing charges. Ms. Krafty has stated she will review all confiscated videos when she returns in February, and that she is inclined to seek similar charges to those she is bringing against the unicycle. Efforts continue to locate the unicycle, as SJ warriors scour Craigslist ads for what they now term a seven foot tall serial sexual predator.
