gobillsgo
No link to anything official yet, but it’s happening. Hearing it from multiple people. I think it was a mistake to not even give him a look in a game. But I’m not in practice day to day to say why he didn’t play. Now four open scholarships for next year, right? Santos, Gordon, Ingvi, Welmer are the ones that aren’t filled yet. Bonner89 likes this

moytoy12
Makes sense. Not gonna play this year and the talent coming in next year will keep him on the bench.
johnbj14
This stinks as he looked like a pretty good shooter and his brother is a real player. Best of luck, Thor.

Maybe yuri and Jacobs too if Thor had any hope to play the point.
moytoy12
We’ve got to remember just how far Crews set Ford back in terms of recruiting. Because of that and S2, Ford has been playing catch up his entire time here which means he’s had to reach for some players.
mrjoelabs
This one is going to come back and bite us big time. He should have been used. Bonner89, cgeldmacher and gobillsgo like this

juniorbill76
Sometimes you take a chance and it doesn’t pan out. All the best to the young man. Ironbills likes this

When exactly did he look like a good shooter? His Iceland percentages weren’t great. He couldn’t even get on the court here. I don’t give a crap what his brother does. That’s doesnt mean squat. just wondering when he actually looked like a good shooter. SLU_Nick likes this

From his FIBA highlights, which is about all we have to evaluate off of him because he never played.

BourbanStreet
With the amount of freshman/newcomers this season, I figured at least 1 or 2 would end up transferring. My money was actually on Jacobs at the time. Oh well. Another available scholly. I'm not too bothered by this. I mean, it looks Jimerson may be filling the role that Ingvi would be playing BrockL likes this

slufan13
I wish he had a full healthy offseason before making a real judgement but I agree he was going to be passed over next year most likely. He wasnt getting any time this year but the loss of depth always hurts a bit. Kind of feel bad for him honestly so he's one player who left the program program that I wish the best of luck to

cheeseman
The kid made a mistake when he decided to stay all summer with his FIBI team - I understand why he did that but it was not in his best interest. Then he had the surgery and that put him farther behind the curve. He was not getting on the court because he was obviously not ready. I always hate when a kid decides to transfer but this is the world we live in now. Nobody wants to serve their time anymore.
