Hometown hero: Jayson Tatum

Except that too many posters couldn’t differentiate between a poster they didn’t like or a poster with different political views, and an actual troll. Some posters just automatically gave a troll post to every post from posters they didn’t like who clearly aren’t trolls. The troll designation was abused.4 likes -

I would be really surprised if we don't play them twice every year, like Dayton.2 likes -

This is so true, and I am glad Steve took those off. If you don't agree with a poster's opinion, that didn't make it a bad post. It was simply something you didn't agree with. There were a few posters who simply but a troll response on a post because of the author and not because of the content. The Ignore function is still active, so if you don't like a poster, simply put him/her on Ignore. I have several on my list.2 likes -

Tatum took another step this year by playing D. He's not an all league defender but he is capable now. With him defending now the Celtics have no holes on defense, this makes it easier for him on the other end. He deserves this 1st team although if Durant wasn't hurt all those games I still don't know if he beats him out for it. Booker may be the worst 1st teamer since....Deandre Jordan, Tim Hardaway, Mark Price I guess. The NBA talent level is still super high. The compressed schedules the past 3 years have robbed vets of time with injuries. We may be at a crossroads with the older stars going down, James, Durant, Harden, Curry, Paul are probably soon to be washed. Davis is weak. Giannis is the real deal as is Jokic. Embiid not good enough. Doncic is the next great superstar. All he has to do is get in a modicum of shape and play slight defense and he'll have multiple titles. Morant next after him. Tatum is right there as well.2 likes -

Just going to Loyola is not all that's needed. It also can't be on a weekday. I've had that issue before when planning a roadtrip.1 like -

Leave it to the A10 to blow a scheduling opportunity like this one. Loyola-Dayton-SLU should all have annual home-and-homes with each other1 like -

A10 Transfer Watch
CBFan liked a topic by HoosierPal
I have no idea. Predicting the finish order of the A10 will be challenging this year. You can probably take a decent shot at three tiers, but there will be a lot of guesswork for even that. The new guys UMass is bringing in, how good are they and/or how good a coach is Martin? Fordham has a very good freshman class coming in plus a starter off of Georgia Tech's team. But are they strong enough to power the Rams into the Top Tier? Archie will have a fairly young class coming in, but are they a year away? Schmidt will have an entirely new and young team including three who have played serious D1 minutes and a freshman whom SBUnfurled says may be the highest rated recruit in recent history. Who wants to predict what the Bonnies will do? Start slow and finish fast? A year away? Has VCU reloaded with what they are bringing in plus Watkins and McCallister coming back from injury? And Loyola? What will they bring. It's certainly going to be fun. My personal top 5, with NBA draft dodgers still uncertain, are SLU, Dayton, VCU, Loyola and UMass. But I could be totally wrong. If Lee, Burton and/or Oduro return, Davidson, Richmond and George Mason all get better. The middle 5 and bottom 5 are a wild card.1 like -
I think the A10 for the most part has seen a net benefit. It has definitely been helped be the influx of some new coaches that have done well in the portal.1 like

Dang I just realized the “bad post” reactions have been removed. I thought there was something different about the “good post” button, but couldn’t put my finger on it1 like

Why should he apologize? He’s a sports talk host who uses over the top statements to get people to tune into his show. The guy complaining about his tweets is a sports talk host and has the same type of tweets in his timeline.1 like
