  1. Here’s an article about Tarris Reed and his recruitment. I like what he had to say about SLU... Saint Louis: "It feels amazing, it feels just like home. They've invited me to a couple of games and it was awesome. The atmosphere was amazing. Like when they played Dayton even though they lost it was still amazing and I got to go back and talk to coach (Travis) Ford and coach (Corey) Tate.”

  4. This is a you tube of my grandson, 1st grade age 7, shooting hoops with his father. We have taken him to the Chaifetz for the games and he just loves it.

  5. Super excited to see what Strickland can bring to the table, he and Hargrove rotating at the 3 will be electric.

  6. This team is big, strong, and Athletic. This team can shoot and defend. This team has veteran leaders. This team is going to make a run in March like we have never seen.

  7. I like that Davidson wanted Lorentssen. Coach McKillop really knows the market for young foreign players and has built many good teams around them.. If he wants him, then I trust Lorentssen is a player.

  8. My analysis is that If any team attempts to gang up on French they’re going to get a 6-10 Jimmy Bell and a 6-8 widebody German Bullyball sandwich.

  9. I agree with Izzo,it would be bad for the game and ultimately bad for the kids.

  11. Jacobs is going to be an X-factor next year. He can shoot, defend, and handle the ball to relieve pressure from Yuri having to play 40 minutes. Additionally, if the team is going to get out and run, his athleticism is a huge part of that plan.

  12. I may be alone in this thinking, but I personally think it would be a good thing if Yuri and J-Good don’t play as many minutes as they did last year. Not as a punishment, not because they don’t deserve to play those minutes...but as a reward, to take a breather, and stay fresh. We finally have a roster where we don’t have to stick to playing 7 guys all game, every game. We have guys that can pick up the slack and allow guys like Yuri, J-Good and French to get a little bit more of a break. I’m NOT saying that I don’t want Yuri and J-Good and French I’m the game in crunch time, but maybe get them an extra minute or 2 late the 1st half, early in the 2nd, so they have that much more left in the tank later in the season. We can spread the minutes out so everybody can contribute. Just my 2 cents.

  15. Impressed with Jacobs and his progress as a sophomore....if there were a comeback player of the year honor for this team, it would go to him.

  16. Because of what we already know Jimerson, Perkins, and TJ can contribute at the wing, not much is said about Strickland. He was heavily recruited and may end up being a star.

  18. This is all speculation of course, but my guess is if Jacobs's fence hasn't been mended, he'd be in the transfer portal. Same if there were a problem with Diarra. But these are kids, and even at a school like SEMO (where I live) they all think they're headed to the league, so anything can happen. The question is, will Russell or Okoro sit back and wait for something that might not happen when they will undoubtedly have other opportunities.

  19. I don't think most posters were saying that calling someone a Lady is "politically incorrect", or that there is anything wrong with those team names you referenced. They were simply saying that our team prefers not to be called the Lady Billikens and as we are all fans of their team, calling them what they like to be called is the preferred thing to do. My name is Nathaniel/Nate. I prefer not to be called Nathan. If you called me Nathan, it wouldn't be politically incorrect, but it also wouldn't be my preference.

  20. He was a rotation big as a sophomore for at top 15 team filled with 4 star players. You have to be a pretty good player to even break into Oregon's rotation. You move him to a mid-major conference where he's the most athletic big and he's going to be a problem.

  21. Nope, not celebrating. In fact I hate that we could have done a better job but didn't. I hate that our administration didn't take any definitive action in February that would have saved lives. Also, you're wrong. You've been consistently wrong. You will continue to be wrong. Time for you to shut up and get the hell off this thread. If you wanted to leave the board, that'd be fine too. After the things you've gotten wrong about this pandemic and the ridiculous things you've said about other posters, I have no patience for your bullsh!t.
