I understand not to pick the ball and bring a second defender to it but you can pick away from the ball. And this team right now needs layups. I think it would be unwise to assume this trend will stop or reverse. That said, in the post game interview it looked like Ford just got dumped and Highmark was his buddy at the bar trying to cheer him up with silver linings. We have some areas were we need improvement, this game is not an exception. Saw some easy breaks inside on the defensive front. We, also had some good passes, though we can work on passing it around efficiently. Goodwin wasn't really helpful to the team with his play, short on the offensive rebound. Depth not a problem here, lack of chemistry and offensive flow are. This looks exactly like the team last year at the beginning of the season (minus the VT fluke).
