slufan13
Shot clock violation horrible but if we can play this bad and have a lead on the road, we may win it all

BigMouthBilliken
brutal start but gotta love a young team that fights back, no matter how fugly it looks
Cowboy
-wow, got off work and all was going bad and now we lead by one at the half, close the deal boys!!!!!!!
Bizziken
I'm pretty encouraged by this half. Yes, there were a lot of mistakes, but that is to be expected. This team looks resilient and scrappy. Great starting point.
MusicCityBilliken
Nice comeback. Kudos to this young team!
billiken class of 15
I love this team's attitude and mental toughness. A young team could've easily gotten down on themselves, but we battled back.
thetorch
Billikens finish the half on a 14-1 run. ISU shot 0 for their last 8.
SLU_Nick
I love this team right now. We are clearly learning as we go but ISU's upperclassmen are being basically shut down by the swarming D. And we play 19 players in a 6 min spurt so we will give that intensity to them all night.
slu72
They're plucky and resilient.

Dwayne's_World
Wow awesome to hear! So what players looked good in the first half?
bills10
Loving these billikids! They have guts coming back last game and now this half. We were down by at least 11. Keep your foot on the throat and win the second half too
Taj79
Agbeko added stability on the defensive rebounding end. We make free throws and we are well ahead. We rebound in the first quarter and we are even further ahead. Plusses; Agbeko rebounding, Crawford on offensive end, Bartley with trey and a nice assist and should have scored more. Shut down ISU over last 7 minutes oif half. Even-steven: Reynolds, Gillmann. Minuses: Manning and Lancona show nothing. Jitters for Robey. Jolly zip. Rebounding sucks. I don't know who shoots on this team just yet. Agbeko contributes little on offensive end. Yarbrough is lost.
Billikenboy
Love the fight in these kids. ISU must be scratching their heads. Looked easy from the start.
SLUfan_42
Give this defense a couple years. Long, athletic, and scrappy are the words that come to mind. watch out
SLUfan_42
Oh, and Miles Reynolds is the truth
Tonka
Reggie needs to play more. Hanging in games like this shows what this team will be like in the future, short term and long term. We have some damn good players on this team and once they get used to playing with each other, get more experience, and Crews finds his rotations, this team will win some games. Billikenboy
Guards are overlooking big. We must establish post play.
Billiken Rich
Bills still can tighten up on d. To end the Siuc game and to end this half the intensity was nice to see. Got to this game late due to work but The last three minutes of the half looked ok....
Taj79
Which means Yacoubou and McBroom did enough to balance out the plusses and minuses. Don't know if its McB's wrist but he did hit a three. Ash is still trying to get his sea legs back from a year off. Plus ISU Smith sat with two fouls.
