Second time there’s been a thread on this account. Second time it amounted to nothing. Hard to imagine they’re a true insider based on some of the “TRUTHS” they posted today.

Why is anyone even paying attention to this guy? Just do everyone a favor, unfollow him wherever he shows up on social media and pay absolutely no attention to anything he puts out.

Yeah, my bad.   I take full responsibility.

I really do not know how Ford can be compared to Schertz, but if we are to believe Billiken Truther this was actually done and they (BOT?) considered keeping Ford plus more NIL money. From my point of view, this is a scary thought that would have guaranteed a bottom or close to bottom place for SLU this coming season.

Don’t forget Haliburtons departure to be an assistant coach at Wash U. Comes in just under the 2 year window.

The insider doesn’t even have outsider information.

Haliburton didn't leave because he was not happy at SLU.  In fact, he had a very ill child who SLU provided lots of medical support.  My guess is he left because he was getting older and wanted less responsibility.

I was not aware of his sick child. I’m not saying he wasn’t happy at SLU, that’s not the question. The statement was that no Billiken head coach had contemplated leaving in the past two years. Clearly that’s false x 2.

Every former swimmer I’ve talked to has made it out to be that he was going to be able to make more and do less. Now if you want to get into a conversation of wether he was happy with SLU, I would say that leaving because you could get paid more to do less amounts to not being happy in your current situation. But that’s just my opinion.

I suppose it's possible that the swim coach and the tennis coach left without contemplating it first. 🤣

One other thing - the swimming coach was here like 25 years so he must have thought it was worth his time.  I am not going to say anything bad one way or the other when a person who devoted 25 years or so to a job decides he wants a change.
