I also don't think talent is the issue here. DEPTH is the problem. When we have 3 scholarship players suspended, 1 injured, and 1 not playing for whatever reason, we're left without any depth. A former walk-on who takes unlimited bad shots is a heavy rotation player. Our best rebounder and shot blocker is now hurt.

This isn't a talent problem. We're almost out of players. These dudes are exhausted and frustrated.

Average level of individual talent is not the problem but there’s absolutely zero shooting, minimal ballhandling and low ability to create off the dribble. So from that standpoint the talent is lacking and not necessarily a fault of recruiting.
