Deleted that tweet this morning and now saying Jacobs was not in Illinois' plans and he has said that all along. I'd argue with him but he'd block me. Absolutely! It's hard to draw up a better group than this one which pretty much covers the 5 positions. The only minor change I would make to your list is to the Jacobs description as a PG.
