The first thing you learn in basketball when you’re 7 years old is that someone has to block out the Free Throw shooter.   It’s one of the core fundamentals of basketball. 

 

Between that and the possession out of the time out with 45 seconds left, this is the worst coached SLU team I can remember.

If we get the ball out of bounds like we should, none of this happens.  Not saying the refs cost the game, but that’s a fact. Regardless, not boxing out on a FT is emblematic of this entire season
