Is he walking on or is this a mistake? He'd be a steal if he's walking on. Or maybe he's just going to school and not looking to play anymore? Surely it would have been publicized if a player with the scoring ability he seems to have were coming to SLU to play basketball. I've seen nothing from Torch or BWex on Sarajlic. thetorch
I don't know anything about Sarajilic coming to play for SLU. He's a nice player. Could probably play lower level D-1. Reminds me of Yelovich from SIUE a few years back. Bj McLaughlin too from Haz Central two years ago. Decent inside outside game. Great scorer. He'll be a very good college basketball player. Just don't think he is high major material.

stlsfinest
If CB falls through would he be a prospect? (12 Ervin Sarajlic SF Sr. 6-5 200 ) No. Ervin Sarajlic will probably land a D2 program. He is good enough to be a preferred walk-on at SLU, but I haven't heard anything that leads me to believe that is his plan. He is a combo forward that can shoot the deep ball. He's more of a wing than a post. I hear that he is a very good student, and I've seen schools such as a Truman State check out a few games this season. To my knowledge has a twin brother, Elvir, that has given a verbal to Wash-U for track and field.

Nice to see guys like Reynolds and Roby playing for such high profile programs. They are playing in some high profile games and what seems to amount to a mini-college schedule with all the traveling. I know Gillman is regarded as a bit of a developmental player, but those are some impressive numbers for the big fella.
Pistol
Yeah, Gillmann really couldn't be doing anything more than he is right now. It's not like he's playing tomato cans from the lowest division, either. McCluer North twice, Fort Zumwalt South, Belleville East, Chicago Marshall- solid competition. Oakville's issue all season will be that they've got no guards. But it's been impressive to see the numbers he's putting up so far on both ends, and he's no doubt seeing some packed-in defenses because of Oakville's lack of perimeter scoring.
