They absolutely need to with the A10 tournament to make the dance. Good news: they are the best team in the A10. if Vegas gave odds, and the oddsmaker understood soccer, Bills would be favored over the other three teams, including Dayton. Bad news: it seems like every time Bills make the A10 tournament, they total outplay their opponent.....and find a dramatic way to lose. Heart wrenching....

Good for Sekou, but Pepperdine doesn't share all the fun of Southern California. As a Church of Christ institution, there's no drinking or dancing permitted on campus, and they strictly enforce it (yes, they expel students who break the rules). And Malibu is about 25 minutes up the coast from Santa Monica. There's quite a bit of night life in Santa Monica, there's almost none in Malibu. Great views of the ocean, but not much else from a college student's perspective. Romar is a great guy, so at least he'll be playing for one of the good guys.

Goodwin ended up 61 in the 2017 Rivals rankings and Nesbitt is 79 on the 2021 list. However, I think that was the highest Goodwin was rated, whereas Nesbitt peaked at 46. 247sports has Nesbitt 48th; Goodwin was 46th in 2017. Goodwin was 55th per ESPN, which had/has Nesbitt 81st. Goodwin trended up over time and his final rankings were his peak ratings in HS. I think Nesbitt's numbers went down after he actually left midseason for college; his numbers through the first 9 games for STLCA were also so-so. Bottom line is they're in the same tier: 4-star, borderline top 50. Nesbitt would probably be considered to have a higher ceiling. He's taller and a better shooter. Goodwin is a truly unique player as a guard who rebounds like he does, but doesn't have the complete guard skill set and more well rounded scoring ability Nesbitt has.

They have announced 3 teams I believe: Alabama, Iona and Kansas. That leaves 5 spots I think.

The attendance yesterday was OUTSTANDING! It felt so good to be in a packed Hermann stadium. My favorite person in the crowd was easily men's goalkeeper Patrick Schulte who was absolutely ruthless heckling the back line and goalkeeper for UD. The entire men's team was there and they were rowdy in their support. They could have just shown face and been done with it but they were into the game. Love to see that from Kalish's squad.
