dlarry
Dr G looks like he's having a mental breakdown! Yeah that was funny. He looked mentally defeated. I think this year has taken a few years off his life.

dlarry
In other news Marahal Henderson torched SPUMAC for 29 with 8 3's.
cheeseman
We really should of kept had Jett attacking the basket these last 2 - 3 minutes instead of milking the clock.... You can still milk the clock and have JJ attack the basket - they are not mutually exclusive - look at the last winning score possession. moytoy12
So, I expect us to pull out a giant can of whoop *ss against VCU. We've been great with a week to prepare and our current pattern suggests a great game for us.
cheeseman
this announcer is killing us! Isn't he an alum of Lasalle.

Yes, we always have these close games that we just barely pull out a W in and then come back and torch whoever we play next.
TheA_Bomb
Guys I think that the announcer was a LaSalle Alumn but I'm not sure. Also Jordair Jett is good. SLU is undefeated on the road this season. I repeat SLU is undefeated on the road this season. VCU will be destroyed.

Westy03
Unbelievable performance by Jordair. Best I have seen since Hughes. All 1,000 people in the crowd knew the play and he still scored. He's a man child and when he's making his free throws he can't be stopped
SluSignGuy
You can still milk the clock and have JJ attack the basket - they are not mutually exclusive - look at the last winning score possession. We were milking the clock by moving the rock and the ball was not always in Jett's hands. The last play was isolation.
SluSignGuy
Maybe the best performance I've seen by a Billiken since Hughes I would say Jett's end of this season is the best since Marque's end of the season. Jett has saved us A LOT, but Marque literally was all we had his senior year.
NH
We were milking the clock by moving the rock and the ball was not always in Jett's hands. The last play was isolation. I think we should have just kept running our offense. We were outplayed for a while down the stretch and it was almost fatal. We are too talented to go passive in those moments. Schasz
We won and winning on the road is not easy so don't take for granted what the Bills have accomplished this year. I am not particularly looking for style points on the road just the W!
willie
Willie and I are getting too old for this tomfoolery. Mother of pearl … pray for us !I bought a defibrillator for my wife ,but then I thought about it. What makes me think she would use it. She would then control the tickets. I did not mean that it had to be in JJ's hands - MM could drive or AM or whoever - my point simply was you can still bleed time off and still drive the paint. We had 61 points with about 4 min to go and only 2 more with 5 sec to go. We went into a prevent offense and almost lost because of that like most football teams do when they do that. 2 points in 4 minutes speaks volumes.
