OT: Best STL BBQ thread

Recommended Posts

For me it is hands down Salt and Smoke, between the generous pricing, and servings and sides it wins across the board.

Second best for me is Dallies, totally worth the drive for the better sides.

I do like Bogarts but the sides aren't the best except those baked beans

1.Salt and Smoke

2. Sugarfire

3. Dallies

4. Pappys

5. Shaved duck

6. Bogarts

Haven't been to Adams unfortunately

Love Pappy's ribs, but Sugarfire's sides are the best.

The sides are the best thing about Sugerfire.  Salt and Smoke's brisket is the single best item in town.

The best thing about Sugarfire is their desserts. I do agree with StL Hoops Insider that their burnt ends are very good, but they aren't on their everyday menu. Overall in StL though, Pappy's is best.
