Regular Season Ford since he became our head coach:

Year One: 11-20 (6-12)

Year Two: 16-15 (9-9)

Year Three: 19-12 (10-8)

Year Four: 23-8 (12-6) if we beat Bona

Next year is looking like the year where we truly break into the top tier, get some big name recognition wins, and get a good seed in the NCAAT. Great job by Ford to turn this program around.

Once correction, Year Two: 17-16 (9-9). Otherwise, despite some occasional doubts, I'm happy we have Coach Ford.

I think some of us here thought we had a long road to respectability after Crews tanked the program. Wouldn’t have expected us to be where we are now 4 years ago.

URI-UMass is a 1-point game with 3 minutes to play. I have to imagine the home crowd is into it.

Dayton is absolutely running away with it after a slow first 15 minutes or so.

Wow. UMass loses by 1 on a pair of Russell free throws with 2.2 seconds left.

Mitchell was whistled for a foul on Russell's drive after scoring a career high.

Damn. 4-seed for us instead of the 3 if we hold.

Huge foul call at the end there.

The 4-seed might work out better than the 3-seed for us, as we get the winner of Bonaventure - St. Joe's/Mason instead of Duquesne (or GW, who also gave us trouble). I'd rather face Richmond or Rhody than Dayton, but I like our path to the semifinals. I could also see UMass giving Dayton some trouble if they beat VCU.

Tie breaker. I think since they split season series. It goes to record vs top team. Duq was 0-2 and Bonnies 0-1 so bonnies gets the 5 seed

Lol Bonnie’s won it because they played Dayton less. Seems like a bad system IMO

Dayton is the first team to go 18-0 in the A10.

They're also the only D-I team that didn't lose in regulation this season. 29-2, both losses to ranked teams in OT.

They should be a 1-seed no matter what happens in Brooklyn.
