Bills by 11 over Duq

Bills are on a roll.....11 and counting.

4th best start in Bills history dating back to 1913

A tip o' the Bills cap to J Jett who had career night highs....12 FT....9 reb ...7 def reb....and oh yeah ...cracked the 1000 pt barrier

This game completes the 2 game "Cellar Dweller" tour. Duq ( C- ) is another decent team we should beat as long as we take care of business.

Here is what we need to do to win......

43% FGM....I am leading with this stat because I think it is the most important for this game....as long as we avoid a bad shooting night ...we win....it also would be nice to make some 3's ( 6 would be good) since the Duq 3D isn't particularly good.

3pt D....we need to hold them to 26% ...They are a pretty good shooting team from the arc until somebody bothers them.... VCU did and knocked them down from 36% average to 17%. Again, we just need to do what we do and we will be fine.

We always win when..............................

8-0....when we make 6 threes

4-0....18 FG or less from opp

Individuals

8-0....when Jett plays 33 min or more

7-0....when McCall makes 4 FG or more

6-0....when Evans scores 21 or more

For the handwringers.....this could be a trap game....easy game against a decent opp on the road....

For the rest of us this will be a game that will move us into a 3rd place tie for the best start ever.

Wiz. Cannot find your comments in a prior thread about Marquette and that their next 3 games are critical to their Tourney bid. I assume their loss to Butler (now 1-5 in Big East) is a bad one for them even though it was on the road and in OT.

That was pretty damaging....the hope for Marq was to beat Butler and split the next 2 to keep their hopes alive...Now they need 2 take the next 2 ...@ GT ( A- ) and Villa ( A+ ) a very difficult task....and if GT loses to Marq their bid is in danger too. I think the BE will be a 4 bid conf....The 3 that are good....Villa, Crghtn, & X.....plus 3 more for the last spot....Prov,& GT (last 4 in) & Marq (last 1 out)

I think the smoke will clear quickly and you will know who will get that last spot by Feb 1 as they all play key games in the next 2 weeks

Interesting that 2 of 3 locks you have are new to the BE. They could have had us and then 3 of 4 would have been. Funny how Marq worked so hard to get CU in and they are looking at Marq in the rear view mirror them up. Odd that Marq and GT were the big dogs controlling the who got in deal and one is basically toast and the other is hanging and hoping.

Their biggest mistake was Butler, hands down.

Haven't seen the media information thread for this game yet. Does anybody know if this game has been picked up by anyone?

Is this the one for which there is no current broadcast? If so that sucks.

This is correct. Two years ago, same situation against duquesnenresesge, ended up finding a pirated feed from their in house closed circuit feed.

On game day go to http://atdhe.to for the free feed. Select Basketball and you should see every college/NBA/euro/international game listed with their feeds and start time. Does not work on mobile devices like phones or IPad. Will only work on laptops and PCs. Click on game at start time and enjoy. When you click on gamelink close all pop ups except for your game pop up. Usually an advertisement will be covering your feed for 30 seconds to a minute but will disappear when done. Expand the screen and you are there!

By the way for your information pretty much every pay per view event is listed on date of event such as boxing, WWE, MMA, etc.
