I have reached billiken_roy levels of posting (7/7)

  1. If you are going to dedicate resources to stuff like this, do it right. Let someone do it that that has reach and is actually going to put effort into promoting it across multiple platforms. Until you do it right, it is just a missed opportunity and a waste of resources.
  2. Or do something completely different and have someone like Dre do it. They need to find a way to attract more eyeballs to these things. 72 subscribers with friends and family view numbers for episodes isn't good enough. It just shows a complete lack of understanding of how to use the platform and makes it look like a vanity project.
  3. T-Rank has us third, GW second and VCU at one. https://barttorvik.com/trankpre.php?conlimit=A10&state=All&year=2026&sort=
  4. I rather they go on the road as a buy game for a potential top 20 not from the Midwest than play a non D1 opponent at home. Take less home games, I still pay the same for the season tickets.
  5. Only one of those 7 guys was a rotation player for the number 10 team in the country last season before he had surgery. Gibson led the team in minutes last year. Dunlap is two inches taller and better defensively. He is going to get minutes.
  6. People are way too low on the amount of minutes Dunlap will get. Do people really believe he will get the same or less court time than he was getting at St. John's before he got hurt? He will be in the top 4 in minutes on this team. I think this is pretty obvious.
  7. I don’t think it has been mentioned on the site, but Vedad resigned his position as an assistant coach with the NY Red Bulls last month. He had followed Sandro Schwarz from Hertha to the Red Bulls.
  8. Yes, but the thought is if a public university sells or profits from their share of a start up the state (the people) benefits from it as opposed to a private institution.
  9. Dipsy Selolwane worked out well.
  10. Plus he goes to high school in the Villages, so he has an old school work ethic.
  11. Red Panda was injured tonight https://sports.yahoo.com/wnba/breaking-news/article/halftime-show-legend-red-panda-exits-wnba-commissioners-cup-final-in-wheelchair-after-fall-during-performance-013029334.html
  12. Is he auditioning for a job at Auburn with that tie?
  13. Every AD in the country wouldn't have hired him. The smart ones would have seen it for what it was. Hell, a good sized percentage of the posters on here at the time saw it for what it was. Who cares if he would have got lit up by the local press? It was and is his job to make the tough decisions. Now would have May have hired someone better to replace him? That is really questionable because when it came time for him to hire Crews replacement he hired a guy that had won less NCAA tournament games than Crews despite a ton of resources at his disposal in a top conference. There was a guy at the time then at a smaller program that wanted the SLU job, had an important booster (but not one of the two huge whales at the time) pushing for him and has been pretty successful since. May should have listened to that booster.
  14. Not sure what my first game was. The first one I have any distinct memory of was when I was a really little kid. It was at the Arena with both Billy Lou and some guy dressed as Bud Man there. No idea who it was against or what year it was exactly. My guess was one of the first couple seasons with Ekker. I think those might have been the only two seasons with Billy Lou.
