By this point we probably all know that our Billikens are in the middle or back on the bubble. Since January and the first half of conference play is nearing its end I thought I’d make a post showing

This weekend's bubbles games rooting guide.  I'm going to focus on the 21 teams on the bubble per Lunardi's last Bracket Math twitter post from yesterday (3/4) plus UCLA: IN (# is Lunardi's seed

Ugh Utah state

And horrible call on the foul that gave USU FTs in their possession that tied the game.

X goes down to Butler at home. They should be long gone from the bubble...as well as Marquette. who got punked by St. John's. South Carolina loses to Vanderbilt (which should be an automatic dismissal to the CBI).

Overall great day for our at large chances minus freakin Utah St. Let's get redemption on Dayton--I want a game where French doesn't get BS fouls and can go full bore at Toppin.

This is a hungry team--let's effing go!

Gonna be angry when we go 24-9 with a win over Dayton and don’t make the tourney while a 18-13 (8-10)(0-1) Marquette team does

That's a one man and otherwise lousy, overrated Marquette team that was 8-10 in the Big East and barely avoided the Big East PIG on a last second 3 pointer tonight by Butler at Xavier, with Coach Wojo seemingly on the perpetual hot seat.

Meanwhile, Xavier is in the Big East PIG at 8-10 in the league.   And it is ordained on high that both of these pretenders are IN the NCAA Tournament.

Any team that can't play at least .500 ball in its conference should not be in the NCAA Tournament, period.

We’re up to 68 in Sagarin which is quite an improvement from the 103 or so we dipped to following the UMass debacle.

It’s pretty clear we would be squarely on the bubble had Crutcher missed. Even with that loss, would we be just as squarely on the bubble if we take care of business at UMass?
