Bills By 40
Not sure how I'm going to be able to concentrate on work now. Yeah I've got a big ole test next hour but no chance I'm gonna study...
doowop
Kid, yours is a simple minded post. One dimensional thinking, inexperienced. There is no way of knowing for sure, but the matchups are so random. You do not know who you will play as a # 5 or a # 7... did they finish strong, lose a key player, pick up an injured player, jell, lose their mojo... and where you play, travel to the west coast after a Sunday game, tired, etc? OK ST, for example, will not get a good seed but they are now playing like a # 3, even a # 2. There are other examples of hot and cold teams. I think this does not matter, even helps. A lot of wise people think the same. Not you. We will be refreshed, injury free (I think) and focused after a loss like that... something to prove. Chip on our shoulders. No they won't.. They have had three other times to do that and they did not. Unfortunately, as well as Loe has been playing this season, when he plays like he has the last few games, we will struggle. He means that much to the team.
For-DaLove
We should make referees a censored word. We were up 10 at half! It never should have gotten to that point. We struggle to put teams away which is not a good thing, obviously
moytoy12
You can't blame it on the refs that we didn't win by 10 plus, but in the crunch time when Jordair got HACKED, that was two points we didn't get and then we were shorthanded on the other end when they hit a three. Just think about all the different possibilities had they not f'ed up that call. EMBARRASSING FOR THE A10 ZEBRAS. Taking a snapshot of the game from the no-call forward, it definitely changed the outcome. Let's say JJ gets 1-2, we're up 66-65, Bona ball. They miss, they likely foul. They hit, we likely have the final possession to tie or win. Liked how Bona's coach calls timeouts.
DeSmetBilliken
Again that was not the first time we played them I think we can do well in the tourney since it will be the first matchup. Very valid point. We are now 0-4 against teams in our second matchup against them. Hoping that we are just easier to prep for in a second game, but difficult to play the first time around. Bills By 40
You earn a loss when you turn the ball over like that. There's not much to break down here. Not the refs fault that SLU continued to cough up possessions. BUT IT IS THE REFS FAULT THAT THEY MISSED WHAT WAS PRACTICALLY A FLAGRANT FOUL. That was the turning point in the game without a doubt. JohnnyJumpUp
Both of those scenarios have equal chances of happening: ZERO Gotta agree with you on this.
slufan13
I don't want to hear one more thing from the media, coaches, players, whatever about the team's mental toughness and stuff like that. We've played 2 "complete" games since February 5th. St Joes and UMass. Every other game we've blown a double digit lead. Just been fortunate enough to win some of them. No that wasn't the turning point. The turning point was coughing up the ball like it was a disease, not showing any sense of urgency, playing awful defense and missing layups. DeSmetBilliken
We beat Mason twice (YAY!) That's right. My mistake. 1-4 in second match ups, with the 1 win being a nail-biter win of one of the 2 worst teams in the league.
TaLBErt
The image of Evans getting mauled on ESPN sums up that game pretty well.
slufan13
It should also be said that McBroom has gone back to early season form where he can't guard anyone. He also can't shoot

hsmith19
Both can be true at once. It can be inexcusable to keep coughing up the ball over and over again and it can also be inexcusable for the ref to miss Jett being pulverized in the lane.
