JettFlight5
Looking at the senior class, a lot of the guys have had moments to win games or keep games alive. It's Jake's turn. Jordair Jett--Lasalle, Rhode Island Mike McCall, Jr. -- Valparaiso Dwayne Evans -- domination of NMSU Rob Loe -- George Mason, the perfect day against Lasalle last year Jake is going to get his sometime this year. Billiken Rich
We've run into some hot shooting guys who were not great players otherwise in the past two years......why not Jake?
slu72
Would love to see it happen, but..... What I'd rather see is GG, TL, or RA start to show us something that could move DE back to the 3.
DeSmetBilliken
Jake has had his moments. Hit some big threes late in the first half against SIU that erased our early deficit in that game. Also, if you saw the ESPN highlights of SLU's win over Butler at Chaifetz, you'd think Barnett was the star of the game. Barnett highlights all over the place. For-DaLove
Probably unlikely, but it could happen. He could be left wide open after a JJ drive and hit a dagger. We shall see

The steal off the Butler inbounds pass was pretty awesome. He was the only guy moving.
ACE
Jake has had some good moments. Butler as was mentioned and lookd at VCU 1st half highlights from last year. He was huge in the first half in helping us build a big lead. This year, SIU was mentioned and he hit two big threes against Dayton just as they were starting to make runs. I thought his defense against St. Joe's was tremendous. He hasn't contributed like the other seniors, but still has had some valuable contributions over his career. BigMouthBilliken
Just keep up the defense and let McBroom shoot the 3s
Quality Is Job 1
Hey, if Troy Robertson can score 24 points in a game as a freshman, why couldn't Jake have a great game?
BilliKat
Maybe his fiancé can show him some moves....
HusakAttack
He will only have a good game once he trims that awful mop on his head...
Bills By 40
I could see him with a double-double out of nowhere. 4 3's and 10 boards?

Troy and Jake are pretty similar. I was at the KU game were he played against his brother. He had very good game for that one.

Billiken2damax
Barnett is the worst player on the floor - everytime he is on the floor.

Billiken Rich
Barnett is the worst player on the floor - everytime he is on the floor. That's more a function of how good everyone else is........I'd rather have Jake than more than a few starting Billiken guards in the past. Jake VS Dwayne Polk.....I'll take Jake
NextYearBill
self proclaimed biggest JB hater on this board, but hes starting to ease his way out of the doghouse. Ill give credit where credit is due. He shows poise at times
