JettFlight5 Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 Get a chance, need to make a play. Dayum. Quote
NH Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 Ireland for them has been fantastic. They're just a better team, give it up to 'em.no they're not a better team bull****. We played terribly. Refs reffed terribly. I will fight the announcer anywhere any time. Quote
TheA_Bomb Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 I predict a few meaningless calls by the Refs on LMU to even out the whistles now that the game is decided Quote
RB2.0 Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 no they're not a better team bull****. We played terribly. Refs reffed terribly. I will fight the announcer anywhere any time.agree with this entire statement. the announcer made this loss sting even more. Quote
slu72 Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 Wake up call. You want to be ranked teams are coming after you. But LMU just put up some crap and it went in! Alright go back under the radar and rip off about 7 w's in a row. Quote
moytoy12 Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 Good lesson learned by our boys tonight. Quote
Billiken82 Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 They beat us, no need to blame the refs. They hit shots, we did not defend and did not rebound while turning it over way too muchWe played horrible. They hit everything. And the refs were absolutely horrible. Period. Quote
P.B. Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 no they're not a better team bull****. We played terribly. Refs reffed terribly. I will fight the announcer anywhere any time. I would like to see him whoop your ass Quote
ucan2 Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 TOs hurt us bad. And the refs didn't help. Quote
wgstl Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 only chance to be ranked still means win out till dayton, hopefully by then we will be reranked Quote
slufan13 Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 refs absolutely sucked. we didn't play well though either. they put up total crap shots and they all went in. gave way too many second chances. refs trying to make the numbers look better now. seems like 4 games in 6 days was bad scheduling Quote
Billiken2damax Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 Loyola Maramount is tough. Beat UCLA at UCLA to open the year and lost to Harvard who is a good team. Quote
TheA_Bomb Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 What'd I say meaningless call on LMU make it look even SLU came out flat, had lazy passes, let LMU stay in it and they eventually took over. The Refs helped but SLU lacked intensity and did not execute our game Quote
Billiken2damax Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 I would like to see him whoop your ass +1 Quote
JettFlight5 Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 Well, let's get the next one. I really hate saying that. Quote
NH Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 I would like to see him whoop your assWho are you? He was clearly terrible. Quote
jbizzle09 Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 As much as I want to belive that SLU played terribly tonight, that they had tired legs, etc...I will say this, I have NEVER seen a team hit so many shots out of their a$$ as tonight. Especially in the last few minutes. If you make a team have to throw up a fadeaway with no time left on the shot clock multiple times, you do not expect all of them to go in, do you? Quote
bonwich Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 Lesson for the Slunatics: Y'all need to get intimidating starting this week. Sound angry. Hound the refs. We need the 'Fetz to be ours and all ours from now on. We haven't gotten any "home court advantage" for at least 15 years. Time to earn it back. Be angry, young'uns. Be angry. Quote
billikenbill Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 We lose 75-68. Totally outplayed by a more athletic team who shot lights out. Quote
Quality Is Job 1 Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 Well, say goodbye to that Top 25 ranking until the Bills beat Xavier (most likely). About the only way they can retain a ranking is to crush Portland by about 80 points — like 100-20 — on Saturday. Quote
P.B. Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 Who are you? He was clearly terrible. I listened to him and didnt like him but would like to see him kick your ass Mr Genius Quote

Reminded me of the xavier game a couple years back at the fetz. Here's hoping we learn from this, rest up, and beat the hell out of the remaining non conference schedule. We have an A10 trophy to win. Quote
