I don't why but the first NBC personality this logo brings to mind is Paul Reiser. Not Mad About You Paul Reiser, but My Two Dads Paul Reiser. -

St. Louis of today is not the same as it was in his time. We need all the transplants we can get. ….and if I thought it was a non story, I wouldn’t have replied. -

A10 Players Portaling/Graduating (Underlined)

Holmes II (Dayton) as reported by Dave Jablonski, [Flyer beat writer for the Dayton Daily News] filed the required papers to enter the NBA draft. He has not announced anything publicly. Last year he waited until the final day to announce his plans. He is projected to be either a late pick in Round One or a Round Two pick. This is a weak draft, so I don't know why he wouldn't jump, unless Dayton gives him an NIL package he can't turn down. This spreadsheet, A10 Tab, is fairly accurate. [It still lists Williford as a Billiken, so there a few errors.] VCU still has a lot of work to do. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Pe72vFo9_Q2iJPpUhlrt7cZokev1cZtVmACpwJkMabU/edit#gid=625972474 -

Yes that is the way it works. Grad transfers now have to be in by the closure date. That was not the case in the past.

Very cool! Tennis is coming down to the wire. Tied 3-3, #2 singles (Andres Castellanos) will determine the winner. He's down 5-4 in the final set.

No way. Ford's team two seasons ago, Perkins final year, was projected 25th/26th by more than one preseason projection.

It's 159 one way. Billed as high speed, it is similar to driving time, but then you factor in driving to the airport and parking. If you need a vehicle on the other end, it's faster and cheaper to drive. A friend of mine used it when it had cheaper introductory fairs. -

Not only did they pay money, but they had the logos they designed tested against large groups of people collected for this purpose. At the end of the road, the passed the finalists for the final choice by George Mason executives. What you see is their final choice, -

Pretty good thread on GMU's new logos/wordmarks: The new shades of green and gold are a positive. There are some decent wordmarks in the second tweet in this thread and those could make for some nice uniforms with the new colors that should pop a little more. There's also the secondary 'patriot head' logo that was updated but never gets used. Maybe they'll roll that out more. However, the primary GM logo and wordmark are weak. More modern and clean than the previous middle school MS Paint-designed logo they previously used, but boring. -

They have one from Orlando to Miami that seems to run fine - I know people who say they use it. -
I stand corrected. I thought they went from awful to dumpster fire but they were just dumpster fire the whole time. It was Ford's best effort at a long, wing defender but it was a miserable failure.

Total WAG but we got 3 years. In that time will SLU be elevated enough to grab a successful Drake Coach? McCollum sitting right there waiting to come back to his home state. In the Eye on College Basketball Podcast (I mentioned previously), Parrish and Norlander also assert they believe SLU is right for the Big East. They list good facilities (newer arena) and natural recruiting base as reasons. It was great to hear two of the top CBB reporters make the case.

Seems pretty crazy to rank anyone while the transfer portal is still in full gear. A few teams have had their rosters completely reshaped (for better and worse!) just in the last few days.
