George Mason scored something like 23 runs in an inning today. That influx of cash is really paying off in Fairfax.

Southern Indiana game cancelled today.  I guess 20 degree wind chill isn't conducive for baseball.

Always advisable to not have the players get frostbite.

SLU getting smoked at home by SEMO  8-1.   Conference season starts this weekend at home.    Mandatory that they get off to a good start this weekend vs St. Joe's who are 5-10 and not picked to contend this season

Hendo ain’t worried about the midweek for anything other than young guy reps. Rebuilding year, big time.

Good day yesterday for baseball.  Beating Dayton was good.  Richmond who was 19-2 and 3-0 in conference lost to St Joe’s, the team SLU played last weekend.    At least a split in the DH today would be nice.

Got the split.  Lost 6-5 in the finale.   Sweep would have been nice but St. Joseph’s beat Richmond again.   Richmond is the heavy favorite to win the conference but now have at least two losses to the team a team we won our series with.   Four teams in conference are 4-1, but the only one I think has a chance of winning it all is Mason.   The most shocking conference result so far is perennial contender VCU is 4-18 and 0-5 in conference play.   Dayton and VCU lost head coaches last year and had massive roster churn.
