But I think the play of the game was KM's foul on their PG shooting a 3 pt. shot with 3 seconds left on the shot clock after we'd cut it to 5. Evans nothing -- what he did on the boards he more than negated with shooting 2 of 12. Mitchell ain't back although he played great defense on the climb back on Williams. Jett was heart and soul BUT still went 1 of 5 at the line. McCall the same as cassity, a zero. Face it, with Loe, Ellis and Conklin, we can't match up with long lean athletes like this although if we came out better prepared (maybe) we stem the emotional Umass tide? Hard to say. Back at even keel. The euphoria of Xavier is gone. We need to ***** slap the Bonnies and the Fryers at the Fetz. Go to 6 and 3 before a foray into a tough Philly road trip. A minor trend down that can be righted with next week. We had better find an answer for Nicholson to start. Every time we see the surface we get dunked into the water again.
