HoosierPal
Wow, Dayton v Wichita State. Think the Committee didn't want both of them to advance too far?

Brutal draw for Dayton. I like Rhode Island's though.
Pistol
10 is a rough seed for Wichita State. Plus, Illinois State is going to be out, with K-State, Providence, Wake, USC, Marquette all getting in. Shows what they think of the Valley - and why that's never going to be a reasonable argument for SLU. Lot of head scratching seeds here, even if they're probably going to get the overall field pretty much right.
majerus mojo
WSU's kenpom ranking (8th overall) is higher than their seed...
Pistol
NKU getting UK in Indy is maybe my favorite thing so far. Cincinnati's coach, Mick Cronin, was just saying that the committee takes care of certain teams with where they send them - and he gets sent to Sacramento. Seems like a message. HoosierPal
Vandy a 9th seed? With 15 losses? In a weak SEC?
majerus mojo
Dayton 7-seed (Wichita State) VCU 10-seed (Saint Mary's) RI 11-seed (Creighton)

kshoe
A team with a 33 RPI should always be in, IMO
SluSignGuy
Some old timers may remember this, but one of my favorite Selection Sunday memories was when Billikens.com crashed because we actually had a thread indexed by google for the NIT selection show in 2010
RiseAndGrind
So Martin/Cal don't make it. Wonder how much Mizzou and Illinois will overpay him to return to the Midwest

AnkielBreakers
This just feels like a year with a lot of good teams. Very deep. SMU is a sixth seed for example. I think a lot of these teams could make a final four.

JettFlight5
2 A-10 teams with brutal non-P5 draws. As stated earlier, UD and Wichita will be one of the best first round games. Really like Rhode Island's chances against Creighton.
