SShoe
I've got tickets for tomorrow's Cards game and I want to arrive early for the honoring of the team and Crews' first pitch. Anybody have any clue how far before games these things are done?
BillikenLaw
I'd be sure to be arrive a half hour, 45 mins before the real first pitch to be sure.
White Pelican
I haven't been to many games at the new place but yeah, the "first pitch" is usually pretty early. And I have been to games where there were multiple "first pitches" by people in different organizations.
bbtds
That should be the name of Crews' coaches show "Multiple First Pitches"
slu72 fan
Cards did a good job. Introduced each player and coach. Showed a nice video.

DD3
My wife had her picture taken with CE, GG, KM and JJ at the game. Jett is holding two bags of cotton candy and Ellis has a brew. I think she is an "insider" now. I'll have to do household chores in exchange for information.
Billikenbooster
I was wondering what it would sound like with 40,000 people chanting Kwamaaaaaain , Kwamain, Kwamain, Kwamainnnn,....Kwamainnnnn.....Kwamainnnnn. or Aussie Aussie Aussie, oi oi oi. That would be just tooo awesome. mhg
GOSLU68
I hope this is the best five years of Crews' life starting with signing his contract to coach the Bills for 5 years. I did not realize he was only 59 and he looks like he keeps in decent shape
Bill_Ken R
Had to have made a positive impression on the recruit with a big Cardinal win, full house, beautiful day, the city loving their Billikens.

White Pelican
Thanks for posting that. I hadn't seen it. The Cards did a really nice job of honoring the team and Coach Crews.
slu72
Ok, show that vid to the Beast. The Nationals do that for GU? The Brewers for MU? The Yankees for St. John's (oops, wait they didn't win anything)? And how about the Omaha MLB team (oops, they don't have one nor does Richmond or Dayton). C'mon, man, this just makes so much sense to get the Bills in the Beast. Nice work by the Cards, plus absolutely beautiful baseball day. It's why the Cards are my second favorite BB team. Can't deny the Sawx, sorry.
