  • Head coach Josh Schertz is in his first season at SLU. His .779 winning percentage ranks No. 7 among active coaches across all three NCAA divisions.

ABOUT THE HAWKS

This has some trap game vibes to me.  Given GM is around the corner.

Avila just has to play better and that’s what I’m looking for in this game.

After that UMass win I don’t know what else to expect.

I get what you are saying but St. Joe's is 6.5 point favorite. This is a tough tough road game.

I do need to make a run over to Illinois to place some Super Bowl picks,  maybe I’ll lay some cash on SLU and the spread

Did that the other day.
I have no feel for who’s going to win but I placed a lot of over/under bets.

I wouldn’t call a road game against the Flappers a trap game. Remember they were picked in the top 4 in preseason.

Just wondering if this would upset their clocks. This game is two hours later for the Joeys.  Only an hour for the Billikens.

Ahhhh I see. Let’s hope our teams plays like it’s an hour past normal game time
