Leniency for players has never happened with the student conduct committee.  What they did Reed and Mitchell was a miscarriage of justice.  Especially what happened to Reed in light of what the police report contained.

Being the the top ranked class in the conference one particular year isn't important.  The key is stacking good classes on top of each other.

They have to use AC/DC's Back in Black when they break out the black unis.

If you put their highlight tapes next to each other, it is hard to notice a difference, tbh

The NBA and NCAA are really similar games too.

I wouldn't say they are finished.  I think if THT or Rhoden said they wanted to commit, they would find a way to make it work.

I don't think we're done, if Coach gets the right commitments.

13 is right, but the thing is you don't even understand what Majerus meant When he used that statement/

By the way, I know people don't like clicking on articles like Ortiz's hack job and that is fair, but you really should click on articles from Stu. The post believes clicks are a direct sign of interest level and if SLU articles don't get clicks they'll stop writing about us even more than they already have.

Ffs, can we please get a little bit of good news. And by good news, I don't mean that the bad news isn't as bad as we thought.  I want some actual good news, like, "Confirmed:  Foreman is a Gotdamn Werewolf."

Also I don’t care if I’m being charged or not if the police want to question me I want my lawyer.

The lawyers are there for the University's Title IX investigation.

I don't know what you expect in the form of exoneration from the police.  The police never released the names of the players accused and never took them into custody.  There is no evidence that there has been any form of criminal investigation in weeks.  The police never treated the accused as criminals.  Why would the police need to exonerate anyone?

This sounds great and it is what marketing people will try to sell you.  It is complete BS.  People go to sporting event to watch the sporting event first.  If that part of the product is crap, nothing else matters.  If people want to pay to be entertained by music or a circus act, people will pay to go to a concert or the circus instead.  The other entertainment should be used to get people there early and to keep them at the event if the game gets out hand so they spend more money at the game.
What I don't understand about basketball is the half-time entertainment.  It is stupid.  You don't want to keep people in their seats at the most obvious time for them to spend money at the concession stand.

The biggest problem is way MLS ownership is structured.  Their is no incentive for MLS clubs to spend money to develop players.  They can't sell their rights to European clubs because their rights are owned by the league.
We have moved to a system were the Gallagher's of the world control the development of players.  If your family isn't willing to pay thousand of dollars you are frozen out.  Less costly high schools and church programs have been completely marginalized.

I will readily admit it is not a big deal overall.  I just look at the locker room as a sales floor. No high end retailer would use a white plastic hanger in a sales display.  The individual lockers themselves are set up like a high end store's window display from the name on top all the way to how the jersey is lit.  The intent is to sell a high end experience.

Look, I'm mad about the hangers too, but I don't want anyone fired over them.

You can never go wrong with having the appearance that you are willing to take the hit to protect your players.  That sells on the recruiting trail.
