The former. I suspect we'll see Bell on Santos Silva when they're both on the court, then French moves to SS when Perkins comes on the court (and guards Vann). 
Generally, I think this is a game where Bell gets less minutes than he usually gets and Perkins gets expanded minutes.  I won't be surprised to see TJ and KC both getting time tonight.

Bell's about 10 pounds away from finishing inside.  Takes too long to get off the ground.  Vouyoukas had the same problem as a freshman.
