ACE
Why in the hell did Creighton jump us? That is bullsh!t. We each won two games this week. Their wins were over Marquette and Seton Hall. One of our wins was over GW - who is much better than the teams they beat. We should be 9. Oh well.
NextYearBill
Im just glad we didn't fall back. I figured wed get screwed somehow. #10 is fine for now
slu72
Creighton jumped us to #9. SDS to 13, shows us how much a loss would hurt a supposed mid major. CUs jump says New Beast is definitely considered a major, a leap of 4 spots. WSU moves to 2, who wouldn't like to play that game again. UL jumped to 7 a move of 4 spots. Just glad we didn't drop out of the top 10.
BilliKat
I really thought we'd be a 9 this week.really disappointed.
JettFlight5
I was thinking we'd lose ground, so pretty ambivalent about staying at 10.

Billboy1
So based on this if we win against Duq. and happen to lose at VCU we should not fall any places!

DD3
SLU actually picked up some points in this week's poll. We got 1,019 points from voters last week and 1,047 this week. Obviously not a big deal, but at least we're not losing ground. Both Cincy and SDSU fell out of the top 10, and they were replaced by the two teams who were immediately behind SLU in the poll (Louisville and Creighton who were tied at #11 last week). moytoy12
SDSU also lost last week, but only fell 1 spot.
DD3
Creighton got a bump from playing Sunday and dominating Seton Hall by 1 point. Agreed. A weakened Seton Hall at that. If I heard the announcers correctly (I only caught a few minutes of the game) Seton Hall made the trip to Omaha without one of their best players. So you are correct.
SLUfan_42
You have to think at win at VCU could move us up a few spots (depending on what Crieighton, LVille, Duke, KU do) but a loss could be terrible to our ranking (see SDSU).. Seems like we have everything to lose at this point until the voters finally see the A10 as a good conference
Dwayne's_World
I knew Louisville would jump us, but Creighton? What a joke! They beat Seton Hall by 1 at HOME. The AP continues the ludicrous kissing of Doug McDermott's *** this season.

DD3
It will be interesting to see the individual voter data later today. Geoff Grammer of the Albuquerque Journal had SLU at #7: http://www.abqjournal.com/358205/sports/geoff-grammers-ap-top-25-mens-basketball-ballot-for-feb-24.html
slu72
If we were to stumble against The Prince of Whiningland, we will fall unless everyone from 11-25 loses.
