Listener of the Streets

Listener of the Streets (6/7)

  1. I was so close on Okie, 2 over. Took me a bit, but I'm at 34 (including USA) Austria Belgium Belize Bermuda Brazil Canada Colombia Costa Rica Croatia Czechia Denmark Djibouti El Salvador England France Germany Gibraltar Greece Honduras Iraq Ireland Italy Japan Kuwait Luxembourg Mexico Morocco Netherlands Panama Qatar Spain Turkey United Arab Emirates (UAE) United States of America (USA)
  2. This is a tough one, some people travel a lot domestically and not internationally. Also you can hit a lot of countries in the Carribean. So for Okie, I'm saying 23. When I get a chance I'll count up how many I've been to.
  3. I switched to FS1 just now to watch SCU at X. SCU up 24 w/ 12 min left
  4. Jax hits! That is nice
  5. New SLU Pres has Super Villain vibes
  6. Santa Clara beating Xavier by 19 at the half So maybe they could be good. Remember X has a new coach this season.
  7. Anya was pumped for that KT windmill dunk
  8. GCU up 6 over N ILL 10 minutes into the game
  9. The Chicken Salad Chick one? What do they serve?
  10. A10 stepping up their tech game with a QR code to scan for info
  11. Former Braves player Ted Simmons?
  12. 8 Turn Overs 9 minutes in
  13. Sharma is such a good scorer he had to get off UVA they don't score a lot (at least under the previous regime).
  14. Sister Jean could pull them through on a buzzer beater over secular Clevaland St, but not against Catholic school Mercyhurst. Too bad we're playing the 'Blers 2x this season they're looking bad early. Could be a NET anchor. Also GCU lost at home to Youngstown St Fightin Penguins by 11. That's no bueno for one of the few projected decent non-con games.
  15. Complacency is the most dangerous thing for a good team. If what you're doing is working then why change? Well because basketball exists in a complex adaptive system. Other coaches scout your team and develop ways to counter you. Even on good teams not all players are maximizing their abilities. Think of any truly great coach and their post game interviews, they're usually not happy and will focus on ways to improve. I'm excited SLU has a coach with that mentality.
