I know not all the SS locations participate in the free burger promotion. Which are the ‘good’ ones and which aren’t?

From previous posts, there are only 2 locations that accept the deal, one in the Central West End at Euclid and Pine, and the other in Clayton at Ladue and I170.

Other question: if the win on Wednesday, will they honor the deal on Friday?  Maybe they'll announce that at the game.

Three, the one in the valley takes it too .

Make sure you order with a live person, not the kiosk. They have to manually enter your sandwich.

it’s for a Shackburger which has all the fixin’s with any purchase.   Got mine today at Ladue and another gentleman behind me was placing an order as well, and there were courtside ticket stubs on the counter from a prior order.

That’s good, I know some people were turned away at the Manchester location after previous games, I guess Shake Shack is figuring this promotion out.

They didn’t accept it after the first exhibition game. Have you tried it there since then?

We've used the promotion twice at the Manchester location.  No problem.  I asked at the customer service desk at Chaifetz and they said all locations would honor the promotion.  There should be no problems.

Well, that’s good to hear.  Wish I had known it had changed instead of visiting other locations instead of the one within 5 minutes if my and DeSmetBilliken’s house…

Just making sure they will accept seeing the ticket either on my TicketMaster account or in my Apple wallet?

In one case they didn’t even ask to see mine.

 

i assume it’s such a small group that they trust people who ask about it.

Well, I will know in about an hour how the Des Peres location on Manchester is doing with the deal.

Super nice at Des Peres. Manager had to help. Used four tickets, so he rang me out four times. Would definitely recommend others take advantage too of the deal.

We went to Euclid location on Friday as most places closed Thanksgiving and they announced at game Fiday was the honorable day. Burgers were hot- wife had Arnold Palmer, I had chocolate shake- Burger was great, fries were hit and crispy- we will go again
