Dwayne's_World
Funny how everyone thought Davidson would be the bottom feeder of the A10...
JettFlight5
That was the 2nd best add of late behind VCU. George Mason, however, was not a good add.
JettFlight5
Davidson up 4 at the half @ UVa. A-10 could use another one of these.

The Wiz
Funny how everyone thought Davidson would be the bottom feeder of the A10... The game against Va was not a freak...Davidson is a good team (A) ...They lost away to Va an A+ (elite) team.

ACE
Langston Galloway scored 19 points in a NBA game. I'm not sure he scored 19 points combined in all his games against the Billikens.

JettFlight5
33-19 Lasalle. GW whistled for 3 fouls in the first half, so maybe it's not just us.

A10 must be paying off refs to boost the top teams' records, maximize number of NCAA bids

slu72
Lot of competitive games yesterday. LaSalle upsets GW, Duquense takes RI to the limit, St.Joes and Fordham both losers to top teams but no where near getting blown out by 35 pts. We are looking like the doormat this year. God, the last 3 years feel like they were in the last century. How quickly the mighty have fallen. Not even sure how the Wiz could pick us over the Dukes at this point. The Wiz
Because we are a decent team.....An inconsistent decent team. The games against RI and GW showed we can compete with anybody... anybody in the A-10..The Davidson game showed we are inconsistent. Davidson (A) is a better team than GW( A- )...but not 32 pts better. The difference between the 3 pt loss and the 35 pt loss was our inconsistency. We are not that far away from being a good team...I know you can't make the honor roll if you are a D- team but there is so much parity in college bball that 1 full year of experience or the addition of 1 player can pop you up to a B. We are not Grambling or Fla A&M...teams that are hopelessly mired at the bottom and years away from being competitive. While many here bemoan our soft OOC schedule the last 4 games is about as tough (3 A- teams plus an A team) as any school has had to face....certainly no school that has 6 playing freshman on their roster The reality of the situation is that most of the games going forward will be losses ...with a few surprise wins. There will be a few heartbreaking losses (games we lose that we should have won) and some blowout losses.(losses of more than 20pts) The thing I will be looking for going forward is that we start to beat the point spread on a consistent basis. Win or lose that will indicate progress.
