JettFlight5
That'd likely be an 8 place jump over us given that we're likely to move up at least one spot. Not out of the question with this week's results, but that'd be a huge jump. Yeah, I realize they'd have to go up a ways to do it. As long as the score is moderately close, I don't think they quite get there.
joe_davola
I think Creighton had a massive jump 2 or 3 weeks ago where they jumped over us. Wouldn't be surprised if it happened again.
slufan13
11th in Coaches. 10th in AP is my prediction. Louisville is already ahead of us in the Coaches and Iowa St was behind us in coaches if I remember correctly. Might be hard to jump a lot in that poll
moytoy12
Honestly, if it happened I wouldn't be that upset. They are a really good team, as are we. Solid cases could be made for either school. I'd rather be a school like creighton jumping 8 spots, then a bcs school that be an average team. Schasz
From an article I read this week...Evans said the team does not care about national recognition, they only care about W's. Just keep them coming Bills!
AlumniFan
Wow! Does Creighton have Villanova's number or what? 72-54 under 10 left.
joe_davola
69-31 Louisville over Rutgers right now...with 11 minutes still to play. This will give them two dominating wins this week. I think they jump us.
joe_davola
102-54 Final. Louisville over Rutgers.
JettFlight5
If Seth Davis' ballot is any indication, we can continue the no respect card. Michigan State lost at home to Nebraska today, and stays ahead of SLU, who hasn't lost since 12/1.

Pistol
My guess: 1. Syracuse 2. Florida 3. Wichita State 4. Arizona 5. Kansas 6. Duke 7. Cincinnati 8. San Diego State 9. Villanova 10. Louisville 11. SLU 12. Michigan State 13. Creighton I could see 7-8-9 being in any order of those three. I could also see MSU being 11 and us still 12. JettFlight5
SLU drops 2 spots in Gary Parrish's poll on Sportsline to 15.
Schasz
Sparty losing at home to freaking Nebraska and staying ahead of the Bills in the polls tomorrow to me we show how dumb the people with votes are.
Backhand Backhand
I know a few teams in front of us lost but right now the only team I see us jumping is Iowa St. I say we are #11 in the AP tomorrow. Thoughts? Michigan St lost to Nebraska at home today by 9, that cannot be good for them.
68Alum
Rankings are academic now. The sports press are making endless alibis for their favorites as they rack up one loss after another. With an 11 RPI, all I care about is a reasonable seed playing somewhere east of Denver to minimize travel time. What Pitino/Louisville did to Rutgers is a disgrace. I hope him and his bought and paid for clowns get beheaded in the first round.
billslasttermdropout
Rutgers is a disgrace. fixed it for ya.....
NH
I do not expect us to move up much, if any. Creighton will most likely pass us, and maybe they should. I'm still pissed about that Wichita St. game.
Bay Area Billiken
Current RPI's:11- SLU12- UCLA13- KentuckyI know this is real. But is this real? Take a moment and reflect upon the above. SLU is in uncharted waters.I remember Coach John Wooden, the Wizard of Westwood, and Lew Alcindor, Sidney Wicks and Curtis Rowe, Bill Walton, Dick Enberg at the mike, the old TVS.I remember Kentucky Coach Joe B. Hall, Jack "Goose" Givens, Rick Robey, Kyle Macy. And there are our Billikens, with a better RPI than both of them.
slu72
And Joe B was supposed to be the Billikens HC, until Rupp stepped in.

cheeseman
The win on ESPN against an opponent voters respect will help our cause this week. I see us coming in at 10th. I hope you are right but I am not holding my breath. Some how they always disrespect us.
