Mickey's high school competition is very weak and he averaged 5 ppg for an above average AAU team. The high school gurus in his state, who've watched him a lot more than we have, rank him around the 7th best prospect in the 2018 Kentucky class. He was recruited at the level someone of his profile would normally be recruited. Normally, someone like this goes to the Horizon and lights it up in the tournament in three years.

Welmers question is less about ability and more about health. Can he stay on the floor and can he move effectively? If so he will absolutely be a big contributor.

I'm not sure how anything you just said has anything to do with what I said outside of pulling out one word. He was in Columbia when those rumors started so they weren't completely unfounded.

This armed cop killer was taken alive and the officer didn't feel too threatened to tackle him. This is a case where the shooting is probably totally justifiable (he just killed an officer), and somehow the other officers don't feel to threatened to take him alive. I don't get it.
