Season opener ???

What does everyone think about tommorow night? On the positive side, I think this team plays very good defense. With few exceptions, it appears they have bought into Brad's defensive philosophy. They are tough to play against. On the negative side, I worry that we will struggle to score points. I really think we will miss Reggie and Ian in that regard. How bad are IO's ankles? He seems to be having a tough time getting the sprains behind him.

I am confident that this team will develop as the season goes on. Brad convinced me last year of his ability to develop a team. We simply can't afford some early losses that will kill our post season hopes.Go Bills.

Thicks-

What do you want people to submit? Just Win or Loss and Score? I will put it on the top of the message board in the .htmlt file. The board is at:

http://www.billikens.com/cgi-bin/dcforum/d...&conf=DCConfID1

OR

http://www.billikens.com/contest/

You should still have FTP Access to the server, so if you want to upload files, go ahead.

Do you just want to go with what you had at

It is the simplist. While it would be fun to have the extra bonus (like who gets most free throws), but it would be a pill to do each week, but I will leave it up to you. We debated it earlier here:

We will win one way or another. It's our home opener and the season opener. We will find away to win. We schedule games like this in the beginning to put a quick W on the board. I think we start off slow and it's tight at half. we find a rhythm in the second half and win by 11 with Fisher as the high scorer.

I also think we will win tomorrow, but the fact that it was our season and home opener didn't matter against UT-Martin last year. We absolutely cannot afford to lose one of these early cupcake games. It sure would have been nice to have one or two more wins when we were on the bubble last March. I'm sure Brad and the boys will take care of business early on this year, though.
