  1. How special your situation has been - when things are not good I couldn't pay people to take my tix at times.
  2. They will be able to give them away when we are winning and are nationally relevant. Companies don't have someone whose job it is to find people to go to games of any sport. People ask about it then they get them. Salespeople can't give them away unless they know someone is a Bills fan. Our problem is and always has been not having a sustaining presence.
  3. The problem with that is those tix are not the $5 ones so that probably is not realistic unless the team goes on a big run. At this point wherever they sit is better than not being there.
  4. Well they were asking people like me to donate but I am not sure what the current status is
  5. FYI - a big chunk of the Champions Center is still be paid off - the original gift while big was not even close to covering the cost. The buyout of Ford was donor driven - he had no real choice but of course it was his continued renewing annually Ford's contract that required such a big buy out. This are simple facts not opinions. I am not pushing it one way or another at this point.
  6. Oh so because some say you have to do this then a person will throw how they may see life out the window - sure. I understand peoples point but all I am saying a guy who is not into embarrassing others will find it hard to do. As I said before my opinion of who he is may be wrong - who knows we will see
  7. I think you are right - I get that they are trying to sell tix but to not offer some way for a season tix holder to get this jacket without buy a tix is just not customer friendly. If you have season tix to the Cardinals they don't not give you the give away. Season tix holders already over pay for their tix.
  8. My opinion of Shertz is that he not the type to do this - I could be wrong - but if someone has an ethical approach then it won't be easy for them to abandon it.
  9. Ok - but then they have to stand up for the other non P4 schools - they may have come in different boats but they are all in the same one then.
  10. If the non P4 ADs on the committee are not willing to stand up for their schools then the question is why - are they simply trying to protect their reputations so they can get a P4 school job eventually - if so then they are on the take in some form another. When I said they were on the take I didn't mean people were paying them off but they are being hopefully about something for themselves at some point. There is no way anybody can say for certain that a 25-5 Texas State is not the equal or better of a 15-15 MN - that is why you play the game.
  11. So are these non P4 schools ADs on the take
  12. They are already letting .500 conf win teams in now so letting .500 P4 teams in is not such a reach
  13. The reports of my death may have been greatly exaggerated.
  14. It really doesn't matter if you are ranked high or low in preseason polls. The people who matter most - coaches, know who will be good and who probably won't.
  15. Honestly what did you expect? No one is going to give you any information about an employee especially if there is any possibility of a civil lawsuit. I am some what heartened that you got a response - though it may not have actually come from him.
