OkieBilliken
Not to beat a dead horse, but you Fighting Irish fans must be awfully proud about your great alumnus last night. Golden Tate, after committing the most flagrant act of pass interference in the past two centuries and not coming close to catching that TD pass, went into to full denial, lying mode like he was being questioned by cops. When asked about the push off, he said "I don't know what you are talking about" This must be the integrity and character building that Notre Dame people speak so fondly of. What did you expect him to say - I committed offensive pass interference and no I did not catch the ball - man those replacement refs are stupid. OkieBilliken
There's a difference between not answering the question fully and just outright lying. Its the difference between saying "It was crowded in the end zone and I was trying to make some space for myself" and "I've never even met that girl"

ND is going downhill fast.
DeSmetBilliken
I am a big Notre Dame football fan, and enjoyed watching Tate play at ND, but he came off as a real clown last night in that interview. Not sure if he needed to say "yeah, I absolutely pushed off", or "no, I didn't catch that ball", but he could've been less hostile to the interviewer. JMM28
Give Golden a break. This was the first time in his college and pro career that he'd been on a team with a winning record. He didnt know how to act.

Signed, Lifelong Packers Fan But was it a legitimate rape - if so your body will shut down anything bad that could have come from it.
