According to Kavita Kumar's column (I'd post a link, but it's not up on STLToday yet), the store will carry Billiken gear. Haven't been to BB&B in the STL area so couldn't tell you if they're on the shelves. Here in KC all I have seen are the usual suspects with the additions of Wich St. and Mo.
