RB2.0
These calls are definitely going one way in this game.that's how you make a fastbreak layup SLU. lord have mercy, its like watching a 5th grade basketball team on a breakaway. this problem has gone on for years, and its mind boggling. imo, it just comes down to talent. we don't have enough. moytoy12
It's not the refs fault today. The problem lies between the ears of the Bills. No, it's not, but the refs have been very biased in favor of RI this half.

RUBillsFan
where would we be in this game without Kwamain Mitchell. He has tried to do too much a few times, but he has good reason to be trying to do it himself since everyone else is playing so poorly. bleedbluegary1
The one thing that needs to improve the most is this teams lack of tenacity. You can teach and coach all you want but toughness is one thing that cannot be taught.
Box and Won
Turnovers, missed layups - UGH! Nice wispy white trash beard and wrist tattoo on the Eaves kid. He'll go far in corporate America after graduating.
RUBillsFan
is it just me or does it seem like Lisch makes tough threes, but misses wide open ones?

Evidently, not all our games make TV. Lousy....lousy....lousy shooting gave this game to URI. Couldn't believe all the layups we missed. Can't give up on TL and KL this year. They don't deserve it. Once again, it's not their fault no talent followed them to SLU three or four years ago. Easy to see why BT's spent so much time on bench this year.....He can't stay with a quick big man. Gonna have to work on that.
kshoe
I just want us to cover the 11 point spread so allthose in Vegas that showed confidence in us are rewarded...

isotope
We definitely did not play well enough to deserve to win, but the game might have been more competitive if the referees had called a more fair game. It is hard to imagine that the 18-6 lopsided foul total (prior to the last couple of minutes of intentional fouling) was due to the Billikens committing that many more real fouls. There seemed to be a number of around-the-body steals in the first 10 minutes or so of play by URI that appeared to be fouls. Oh well, I won't feel so bad next time we are the beneficiary of the refs calling a less-than-fair game in Chaifetz. I guess that is the reality of "home-court advantage". MusicCityBilliken
sigh...well this was a winnable game that SLU gave away. This game could have been a win. TO's just killed us. Now lets go get St J's on Wednesday night.

Sorry to disagree but the refs may have actually kept SLU IN THE GAME with the fouls. URI was horrible from the line shooting barely over 50%. Rhode Island was 13-23 from the line with many of the makes toward the end of the game. They were shooting at a .250 - .333 clip until just a few minutes left. Believe it or not but Eaves is not even from the USA. He comes from the UK. He however did play at UConn before transferring to URI. That is where he probably picked up his "look". But they only called 7 fouls on RI, if they had called an equal amount on RI as SLU, we would have gotten more FT's and possibly won the game.
