Today, NC State (ranked 23rd, btw) made a run at the Bills 20-point debacle vs GW in 2008.

Alas, the Wolfpack fell a little "short", losing 47-24.

9 of 54 from the field 17% and 2 of 28 from the arc 7%.

Just glancing at scores I thought it was a halftime score. Kinda funny that VT scored a similar amount of points that GW scored in our debacle.

From the ESPN recap:

"NC State came up shy of scoring the fewest points by any team in the shot clock era, as George Washington scored just 20 in a game against Saint Louis in 2008, according to ESPN Stats & Information."

I don't think I feel like correcting them on this one.

Someone from GW must have contacted them. It’s correct now.
