willie
But right now we're talking about the year when Saint Tatum will still be at Chaminade High. I suspect there will still be a fairly deep rotation in 2015-16, so even if Roby were to start along side Crawford and Yacoubou, there'd still be PT available for Bartley, Reynolds, and Bishop. My thing is that I'd rather see more time when Yarbrough can play the 3 with Agbeko at the 4. That probably takes either or both of Crawford and Yacoubou off the court. I think 1 of our biggest problems last year was our deep rotation. Unless your Kentucky you can't play 11 or 12 people. Crews needs to find an 8 or 9 man rotation and stick with it. It will be hard but I believe it has to be done. You just can't play everybody.

Can't we just fast forward to the National Championship year?

Last year, how many of the 11 stepped up to be counted among of 8 or 9 consistently? I can't think of one Billiken player who distinguished himself in 2014-15. Davell Roby would likely be the closest.

As hard as it may be you must cut the rotation. We all may disagree on who the 9 should be but I think it must be done. Hey that's why Crews gets 800k+ . Billiken Rich
Miles is going to prove us right this year. Miles and Bartley are going to grab the doubters by the balls and make everyone believe this year and the next three. Freshman guards almost always suck unless you're DUKE. majerus mojo
All in on Roby Kid is a stud. I see him as more of a do it all winger/defensive ace, but this seems relevant to the PG topic (was in control of SLU hoops handle) https://twitter.com/saintlouismbb/status/619567591170768896
3star_recruit
I think the decision ultimately comes down to trust. Crews clearly trusts Roby on the floor more than any Billiken in the 2014 class. Bartley, to this point, has not shown he can be trusted on the defensive side of the ball. He has to make defense a major focus in the Bahamas, IMO.
