SluSignGuy Posted June 27, 2014 Share Posted June 27, 2014 Given the popularity of Pistol's tracking of recruits last offseason, I went ahead and make a Billikens.com Recruiting Wiki. The goal of the page is to centralize some of the information that gets posted in the Recruiting Threads. The Wiki can be found here: http://www.billikens.com/recruiting/ I built pages for recruits listed in the 2015 and 2016 threads. (e.g. http://www.billikens.com/recruiting/index.php/Jayson_Tatum ) In these pages is some very basic information such as height, position, and YouTube videos. Feel free to add your own information or make suggestions. To edit pages, you will need to create a Wiki Account http://www.billikens.com/recruiting/index.php?title=Special:UserLogin&returnto=Main+Page&type=signup If you want instructions on how to edit a Wiki, see http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Documentation I trust that people will post information honestly and not degrade the pages. I can roll any change back. In the next month or so, I will incorporate the Wiki into the main page of the site. If you have questions or suggestions, let me know. Unfortunately, it seems he has gone the Roy route and stopped posting. I for one miss Pistol (and Roy). The board seems a little dead without them. Also Pistol did yeoman's work on with recruiting info and his assistance is surely needed if this Wiki is to be successful. Hopefully he comes back soon. Last season the team had a lot of holes that were apparent throughout the season, but anyone that brought it up was just a hater. I think Pistol spends more of his time on one of the pay sites where he at least gets good information. I find it hilarious when the people critical of our players/team get all butt hurt and stop posting because people call them out for it. They don't mind dishing out the heat but they run away when people give them for it. Talk about hypocritical And the new wiki recruiting stuff looks great. Thanks, Steve! It is one thing for Roy who may have needed to step back for mental health, this place appeared to be his life. Pistol though while a valueable contributor was only here a short time.
