A-10 tournament is relatively meaningless. The season can only be considered a success if the Billikens make the Sweet 16.

Likely this game also determined A-10 player of the year- Jordair Jett > Chaz Williams. Jordair deserves POY. I'm wondering if DE makes 1st team A-10. I hope so. Who else? Rob Loe 3rd team?

Observations after tonight's game: Last year's team and this year's team are the two greatest Billiken's teams of the modern era; possibly all time. At this point it is hard to pick which team was better, But, from here on, the point of the rest of the season is our NCAA seeding. The A-10 tournament is relatively meaningless. This season will only be truly successful if the Bills make the Sweet 16. Dwayne Evans is great. Truly a scholar athlete that makes me proud to be a Billiken's fan, but Jordair Jett is the best player on the team. He is one of the top 5 players in the modern era ( which started in 1979)

Off topic, but, as I watched the Richmond game last night, I started thinking about a topic I hadn't thought about in weeks- The Billikens need to get the hell out of the A-10! Richmond is one of the better teams this year, and they suck! UMass, GW, maybe St. Joes, or Dayton every now and then are going to have good season, but in general they will be mediocre, and other than VCU everybody else stinks. Bringing in GM this year, and Davidson next year is a downgrade. Any news on the Big East? It should be clear by now that their Butler experiment has failed. They had a couple of good coaches in the past, but now they are fading back into their normal obscurity. In a perfect world, the powers that be would kick out Butler and bring in SLU immediately. They can site a lack of due diligence, stating they didn't know Butler wasn't Catholic

I agree. So far, the loss of Cody Ellis is missed more than that of Kwamaim Mitchell. But the difference in the game was the Bills poor defensive rebounding. Witchita State had far too many second chances.

Any truth to the rumor that this kid is related to Charles Bartley?
