So now I feel like I’m poking the bear—but I would like to buy some tickets from someone on here for the Davidson game. Going to buy this weekend if no one has any but I figured supporting season ticket holders if they can’t use them is a good way to support the program.

Whoah tiger. I cannot find the box scores for exhibitions and Rockhurst (does this game count?) from last year, but the Seattle game he laid a goose egg and I’m fairly certain that was the case in the other box scores I can’t find as well. The narrative on here and in the post was that there was a lid on the basket for him. This all changed when playing VT on a neutral court, which was the third game of the season. Thanks for motivating me to check into it!

Do I remember last year Goodwin took a long time in the beginning of the season to get going? Took several games for him to make his first basket? I think that compared to the Goodwin from last year we are actually way ahead of schedule!

My brother in law is getting married this weekend, so I watched this game on a grainy feed on their poor internet connection during a family party. My wife is probably going to have something to say today. This game was so much fun to watch. Like in years past, I was expecting the Bills to get a lead and then squander it away to a more highly touted team, or have roles reversed and give some signs of life like VT but never quite take control. Instead this team kept control of the whole game, dictating tempo, and making the plays that needed to be made. It was so much fun to watch. It was so good to see Goodwin break the ice and start putting up some points for us, and you gotta love Bess withcareer highs in points and rebounds. Let’s get our other players back and continue kicking ass!
